Refund policy

At Strike Futbol, we offer a 14‑day return window, giving you 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, in original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or general dissatisfaction unrelated to defects or delivery issues.

To start a return, email us at strike.ftbol@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with your order number and clear photos of the issue (if applicable), so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products, sale items, gift cards, and any goods that fall under restricted categories (e.g., hazardous materials). If you’re unsure about your item, reach out to us.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, contact us at strike.ftbol@gmail.com.

Additional Notes

Strike Futbol is not responsible for courier delays or customs processing times.

Orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Any fraudulent, incomplete, or unsupported claims will be rejected.
